Terrible service

Extremely disappointed with the service I recieved. Rude person wasn’t attentive overly sarcastic. Lost a part of the vehicle accessory and was not willing to pay back. I arrive home to find the battery was not working properly and he did not allow a test drive by the car buyer which was ridiculous.

Good experience would recommend

I looked at 3 bmw's then went for the fourth 1 at german technik. Very pleased with the car. The owner was cleaning it before I went to view it and talked me through it which makes a big difference as the other cars hadn't even been hoovered or washed. He dropped the car off to me which was nice. Would definitely use this garage as have had bad experiences with other garages
